Notes on the Capsule art process
For Steam Capsule art, I do a main very high resolution (6000px+) piece, that is planned, layered and later rearranged to better fit each required Steam format, as in here: https://partner.steamgames.com/doc/store/assets - I also deliver the base PSD and some extras. I can do simple logos if you don't have one.
Pieces usually take 2-4 weeks, depending on the desired style and complexity.

Below is an image example of the average workflow.
- First step is assembling a moodboard, with references on the desired idea.
- After the moodboard, I proceed on one or more sketches, depending on our agreement. Sketches vary from greyscale to lineart, and sometimes straight to color, depending on the desired style and complexity.
- I check in every 2~5 days with the progress, showing what was done, was is the next intended focus, always allowing for comments and suggestions. Communication can be done via email, Discord or Slack. I'm available for video calls to discuss the project.

I'm usually very flexible and don't limit revisions, given changes aren't too big later in the process and require rework of previously approved areas, such as aggressively redrawing a character when it was close to the final render. If that happens, I charge based on the extra time needed.

If you're reaching out for a piece, please send me on the first email some screenshots, or gameplay video (if available) and if you have any references of what you'd like your piece to be. That speeds up things a bit.
I can work with a contract (yours, or I have a template for one) and can provide an invoice. I accept multiple payment methods, but the most common is a bank transfer via Wise. Payment formats vary per project and client type.

If for any reason I/we can't proceed with the piece, I have several artist friends to recommend. Reach out!
